Say you need 1,000 8.5” x 11” flyers. You could get them color copied and you’d pay around $400. All done – but they don’t look that great. At the other end of the scale, you could go to a fine art printer. They’d color match each individual sheet and sift out naturally-occurring defects inherent in all print processes. But they’d leave you with a pain in the back pocket… they’d probably charge $1000.

How It Works

How It Works Full Color (or process color) is a system which allows a multiplicity of shades to be created from just four primary printing inks – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK). Full color means you can have virtually every color of the rainbow, without worrying that you’ll need the pot of gold at the end to pay the extra costs. As many colors as you want. As many photographs as you want. One price. Simple.
